I can't log in!
There are several reasons for this. -1)You may be trying to log in as a "Buyer" instead of a "Provider", or vice-versa. Try clicking the radio button for "Provider" or "Buyer" and see if that fixes the problem. However, if you accidentally signed up for the wrong account by mistake, simply email us at contact@thesuperlancers.com with your username and we'll take care of it for you within the hour. -2)This could be an issue with your privacy/cookie settings. Several of our users have reported occasional sign-in problems (particularly using IE8). If changing your cookies or privacy settings don't correct this, often, the second sign-in attempt (on the main body area, after trying to log in using the side bar) will work fine. We apologize to our users for this IE8 compatibility issue, and are working quickly to fix the problem.
